AKA: the judge.  whilst running for the bus, he felt stabbing pains in his chest, thus ending up in the general hospital attached to various machines.  As they couldn't decide what theproblem was.He was released .  Below is a picture of th judge who was i such a hurry to get to the berry for his friday night session, forgot to take off the ecg strips

ANNUAL CHARITY FOOTBALL AND RACE NIGHT

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN.  ON THE 18TH APRIL 2009 WE WILL BE PLAYING 5 A SIDE FOOTBALL AT THE WESTGATE CENTRE OF SPORT( WHO HAVE SUPPORTED THE CHARITY BY DONATING THE COURTS FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS). 

WE HAD 78 PLAYERS LAST YEAR WITH AGES RANGING FROM 16 TO 60.

  THE FOOTBALL TORNAMENT, CHARITY RAFFLE, AND THE RACE NIGHT ( AND WILL BE ARRANGING ANOTHER ONE AFTER THE FOOTBALL THIS YEAR) MANAGED TO RAISE OVER £4500 FOR THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION. 

 THIS GIVES THE TOTAL FIGURE RAISED BY THE STRAWBERRY PUB OF £21,500. WE ARE HOPING TO RAISE A FURTHER £3,500 THIS YEAR SO WE CAN HIT THE BIG £25K MARK.

WE CHARGE £10 PER PERSON TO PLAY IN THE FOOTY.  ALL THE PROCEEDS ARE GOING TO THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION.  PLEASE CALL INTO THE PUB FOR FURTHER DETAILS OR TO SIGN UP.
